At Nano Elements, we offer various convenient payment options for our customers. When you place an order with us, you can expect delivery within 3-4 working days. To place an order or obtain more information about delivery, you can email us at info@nano-elements.nl for a non-binding quote. We ensure that you stay informed about the status of your order by personally updating you via email.
Once your order is processed correctly, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
When your order leaves our facility and is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email. This email will also include a track & trace link, allowing you to follow your package from door to door on the WMA Transport delivery service website. If, for any reason, you have not received your package or if it has arrived damaged, we are here to assist you in finding a suitable solution. You can always reach us at info@nano-elements.nl.
For orders over €50, no shipping costs will be charged within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders below this amount, shipping and handling fees apply. If you wish to receive an order in another European country, additional shipping and handling costs will also be applied.
