At Nano Elements, we understand that there may be occasions when it’s necessary to return an order. Therefore, we offer you the option to do so within 14 days, provided that the packaging is unopened and undamaged. If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense.

Once we receive and inspect the returned package, the refunded amount for the order will be processed within 14 days to the payment method you used when placing the order.
